Rooted in Relationship: Fostering Connection by “Being With”

Within this Professional Learning opportunity, we will reflect upon why relationship is important, what “Being With” is and why it is essential is relationship building and co-regulation. We will dive into the difference between relationship and connection to further support the importance of being with.  We will reflect upon our comforts and discomforts around emotional expression while learning how to hold space for big emotions.  Finally, we will complete our time together by reflecting on Dr. Jean Clinton’s question: “How do we continue to have conversations about “being with” our littlest ones?”
