Leadership and Culture

Location: Virtual

Date: Friday, September 25 Time: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Facilitator: Darren Lavine, Achieve Centre for Leadership

Based on the book, The Culture Question, this workshop provides a practical guide for how every organization can become a great place to work. A healthy workplace culture enables organizations to successfully accomplish their mission and strategy while supporting the engagement and well-being of the people inside them – and the good news is that culture is something leaders can influence.

This workshop explores six key pillars of a healthy workplace culture: communicating purpose and values, providing meaningful work, focusing leadership on people, building genuine relationships, creating peak-performing teams, and managing conflict constructively. You’ll also gain a clear framework for assessing your current culture, envisioning something better, and taking practical steps toward lasting change.

There will be a workbook and a zoom link sent out to participants before the session.
