Weekly tips for mental health and wellness.
Each week you will be invited to watch the Tip of the Week offered to us by Mindful Mike and encouraged to spend the week trying the tip out (and they call it a practice, because it takes practice!)! At the end of the week, we will invite you to reflect on your practice by contributing to each week's "Tip of the Week" discussion board. Once you have posted your discussion, the next tip will open, and the cycle will repeat itself: Watch-Practice-Reflect.
After 4 weeks / 4 discussion posts, the opportunity to request a certificate and provide feedback will be open to you!
