Our relationships with families is an important part of our work but we often only have a short period of time for connections. This means that our greetings matter. Mico-moments of connection are important and can be infused with qualities of empathy, compassion and partnership.
Join us as we reflect on our relationships with families, examine mico-momments of connections during pick up and drop off times, and share wisdoms and questions as we play together with key concepts and ideas.
Participation is prioritized for child care and early years educators working in the Wellington service delivery area (City of Guelph and County of Wellington).
