An opportunity to ask general questions about speech and language development in the classroom, which could include questions about milestones, common delays, social-play skills, strategy use, when and how to make referrals, and more! This Q&A will NOT be for child-specific questions.
This event is being delivered by an external organization from the County of Wellington and as such your name and email address may be provided to the third party for training purposes.
Participation is prioritized for child care and early years educators working in the Wellington service delivery area (City of Guelph and County of Wellington). Priority for participation at no cost will be given to Programme and Non-Programme staff who work in the following child care and early learning settings:
Licensed child care (centre-based and home-based)
Authorized Recreation programmes
EarlyON Child & Family Centres
Professionals representing the following groups may be eligible for participation in professional learning if spaces are available:
Enhanced Support System partners
Registered Early Childhood Educators working in school board operated Full-Day Kindergarten
