This course has the objective of providing you with useful information about the process of writing and implementing policies as a leader at your early learning setting. We recognize that this is an essential part of your work as a leader in your community, while also being one of the most time consuming and challenging tasks embedded in your role. And although we are not able to tell you how to exactly write the policies that you will implement in your early learning setting, we do seek to provide you with helpful considerations to set you on the path to engage in this process.
