This two hour reflective and interactive workshop will provoke participants to consider what an ISP really is, what factors need to be considered when creating an effective ISP and how our guiding documents such as How Does Learning Happen? Ontario’s Pedagogy for the Early Years and the Child Care and Early Years Act guide the development of this useful and living document. Through active learning and engagement, each participant will work with colleagues to create an ISP.
