This workshop introduces participants to Autism Spectrum Disorder. Common characteristics of Autism, possible strengths, needs, learning styles, and profiles of Autistic persons will be introduced. As a result of participating in this workshop, participants will be able to:
- describe characteristics of Autism
- list three strengths associated with Autism
- state the current prevalence rate of Autism
