Each month leaders will have the opportunity to reflect on a new question, explore resources related to that question, and network with other leaders.
This month we will be connecting virtually to reflect on the question "how do we support team engagement?"
We will also be exploring the new Professional Advisory put out by the College of Early Childhood Educators and reflect on the importance of this resource and how we can share this within our programmes.
