Team Connection through Character Strengths

This two-hour team meeting session will offer your staff the opportunity to learn about everyone’s individual strengths and ways in which a focus on strengths can deepen the connection among team members.

Using the VIA Character Strengths survey as a foundational element of the session, your team will:

Learn about the VIA Character Strengths theory and how it can help promote deeper connections among team members.

• Receive an individual report outlining each team member’s strengths.
• Reflect about the meaning that these strengths have personally for each team member.
• Reflect about moments in practice when team members’ strengths come to life.
• Consider how individual strengths contribute to the overall dynamics of the team.

This session will be offered in-person, and it will require team members to complete the VIA Character Strengths survey (using a link that the session facilitator will provide) prior to the meeting.
