Self-Care in Action: Working with our Everyday Stress Response

During a team meeting we will consider self-care in context to our busy daily lives and moments of challenge and adversity. We will gain insightful knowledge on the influence of stress on the body, and how micro-moments of care can help us to have an increased sense of calm and control within these moments. Participants will leave with a range of ideas on how to work with their own in-the-moment stress responses.
